Morgan family update

Rory is now three months old and her personality is really starting to develop. She is full of laughs and coos and has mastered the skill of rolling her bottom lip out and wailing when things aren't going her way.

Yuri has been in Juneau for the Legislative session since mid January but has made the trip home every weekend to see his gals. Actually, Rory and I accompanied him to Juneau for the first few weeks of session to keep him company and to meet the Juneau family. We had a great time and hope to make it back there before too long.

I head back to work on Monday. We are still on the wait list for daycare so my mom will be taking her one day of the week and my friend Megan Burks has graciously offered to watch her the remainder of the week. Not sure if Megan knows what she has gotten herself into but it is very much appreciated!

Hope all is well with all of you!

Love, Sydney

Here are a few recent shots of Rory...

Forget "Green Eggs and Ham" and the "Little Engine That Could". Rory is ready to read from her father's library...here she is with a George Will book.

Rory sits on the counter (even though it is written in red bold letters on the chair NOT TO PLACE IT ON AN ELEVATED SURFACE) watching Betty make dinner. Betty was over to the Morgan home to make dinner - what a great friend!

Rory with Grandma Karen (Grandpa Sid watching in background) on a trip to Juneau.

Sydney and Rory visiting Great-Grandma Emma Warwick at the Pioneers home. Rory makes frequent visits to Pioneers home and is cooed over by all the residents.

Rory during bath time...she is a water baby...loves the water.

My favorite picture - our daughter, the cartoon character!
